چکیده

Active probiotic organisms are good bacteria considered to be live micro-organisms that obtained from fermented foods. Evidence has shown probiotics essential in human health. This studys primary objective is isolate and characterize the active present certain food samples. Maize, African oil bean, castor were subjected analysis. The result found presence of such as Pedioccocus, Lactobacillus, Micrococcus, Bacillus species. study concluded these responsible for fermentation carbohydrates protein-rich seeds.
